Peter Kristensen has 35 years of experience in global financial markets, having held senior positions at Saxo Bank and as co-founder at JP Fund Services (JPFS) and JP Integra. Known for his expertise in navigating foreign exchange hedging exposures and risk management, Peter expertly addresses the challenges and opportunities of operating in regulated international markets as the Chairman of the BVI Board.

Formerly Chairman & CEO of Thomson Reuters Northern Europe, Richard has held C-level roles at Financial Times, Allianz and Internet Securities, and has also co-founded and developed a series of fintech startups. He currently serves on various technology company boards and is a venture partner at Speedinvest, Europe’s leading early-stage venture capital fund.

By leveraging the innovative technology and expertise of ARYZE ApS under a fully regulated fund management agreement, ARYZE BVI provides secure and dependable digital asset management solutions.
A service provider agreement delineates the relationship between ARYZE ApS and ARYZE BVI, promoting a robust digital assets ecosystem which securely meets the evolving demands of Web3 finance. ARYZE BVI is registered with the BVI Business authorities (Company Number: 2104176) and complies with the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004.
